The Boomerang Generation's Guide to Survival was a collaborative project that focused on the rising number of young adults who are moving home after graduating from college because of student debt and/or other financial factors. Its goal is to lend helpful tips for someone who has moved home, as well as tips for saving up, getting a job, and moving out. The project was culminated in a guide book but also had social media factors like a website with a online support community where recent graduates might share their stories and support others in similar situations. As a whole the project set out to rebrand moving back home as acceptable rather than of looked down on.
